How does Truffle work?
Truffle is an AI agent that finds jobs matching your preferences and applies to them on your behalf using your resume and profile — 100+ tailored applications a week, around the clock. You track everything, including employer responses, from one inbox in the app.
Does Truffle apply to just any job?
No — Truffle only applies to roles that match the preferences and resume you set up, and it learns from the jobs you swipe on. Every application is customized to the specific role.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play, so you manage them there:
- iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Truffle → Cancel Subscription.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Truffle → Cancel.
Canceling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do refunds work?
Because billing goes through Apple and Google, refunds are issued by them: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com (App Store) or through your Google Play order history. If you run into trouble, email us at support@trufflejobs.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
How do I disconnect my email account?
You can unlink a connected email account at any time from the app's settings. Once unlinked, Truffle can no longer track employer responses from that account.
How do I delete my account and data?
Use the "Delete data" option in the app's settings, or email us at support@trufflejobs.com and we'll delete your profile, preferences, resume, and application history. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and your rights over your data.
When does Truffle launch?
